Prakash joined the Capkon team in 2016 as a mortgage broker and was immediately inspired by the company’s mission to complement highest quality financial service with a truly holistic approach to customer care. In fact, Prakash has such belief in Capkon that he recently bought the Melbourne franchise.

Originally from Nepal, Prakash studied IT at Griffith University and then built strong contact and business networks on the Gold Coast, in Brisbane and Darwin before relocating to Melbourne.

His knowledge and understanding of finance, combined with his people skills, are great assets when helping people who are seeking home loans, car loans and business loans.

“It’s about looking to the future,” says Prakash. “For example, there are so many associated elements to buying a house. I enjoy helping my clients to clarify all those elements and open a pathway to happiness. It is about more than money. I love meeting the needs of my clients in this way and, through Capkon Melbourne, playing a positive role in people’s lives.”

Dr Kiran is an experienced mortgage broker who specialises in assisting first home buyers and
property investors. He has helped hundreds of families and been involved in more than $500m worth of residential property transactions.

Kiran has a PhD in Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and taught finance/private wealth management subjects at UTS and Macquarie University. Previously he graduated with a Civil Engineering degree from Nepal before migrating to Australia in 2006. He launched Capkon in Sydney in 2009.

Capkon has grown into one of the most successful home loan advisory companies and has received national recognition. Dr Kiran has also been listed among the “Top 100 MPA Brokers” in Australia for 2017 and 2018.
